Institutions and Instruments
The tools and mechanisms of planning are key for achieving policy goals
Focus
We investigate the composition of planning institutions, public bodies, local, regional and central governments: how they set goals, how they function, their modus operandi and attitudes towards equity, resource management and distribution. In addition, lab members explore the diverse tools that shape planning environments, processes and outcomes such as value capture, funding programs, enforcement, and more.
